1. WHO WE ARE

Earnt is a product developed by Dhekstro, an independent software studio; the iOS version is the Earnt implementation for iPhone. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@earnt.dhekstro.com.

2. WHAT DATA EARNT HANDLES

Earnt handles the following types of data that you create within the app:

• Work log entries (dates, hours, descriptions)
• Payment records (amounts, statuses, notes)
• Case files and entity information (names, contact details you enter)
• Documents and attachments (photos, PDFs you import)
• Deadlines and reminders
• Timeline entries and notes
• App preferences and settings

3. WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

In the iOS version, Earnt product data is stored locally on the iPhone. Specifically:

• The Earnt database is stored in the device's Application Support directory
• Imported documents and attachments are stored in Application Support
• App preferences are stored locally in UserDefaults
• In the app's Settings you can create a Local Backup and restore it later

Earnt does not operate its own cloud, does not require an Earnt account, and does not automatically sync product data between devices. On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit.

4. DATA THE iOS VERSION DOES NOT COLLECT

The iOS version of Earnt does not collect, transmit, or process:

• Analytics or usage telemetry
• Crash reports (unless you explicitly submit one via Apple's system)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Any personal information
• Any content you enter into the app

5. iOS APP NETWORK ACTIVITY

Network activity from the Earnt iOS app is limited to system infrastructure required for applicable functionality, including:

• App Store purchases: StoreKit 2 communicates with Apple's servers to process and verify purchases. This is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• Work records, documents, payments, deadlines, and other product data are not sent to an Earnt server.

6. WEBSITE PRIVACY

The public website earnt.dhekstro.com is separate from the iOS app. When you visit the website, your browser may make ordinary technical requests to the hosting/CDN service and to externally loaded resources, including Google-hosted fonts and interface libraries used by the mockups that are loaded from unpkg.com.

Those providers may receive standard connection information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request metadata. Dhekstro does not use those requests for behavioural advertising, account profiling, or tracking Earnt product data. None of your Earnt app records, cases, payments, documents, or deadlines are transmitted by the website.

7. DEVICE SECURITY

The current iOS version of Earnt does not include its own Face ID or auto-lock controls inside the app and does not access biometric data. Device protection is managed by iOS and your iPhone security settings.

8. EXPORTED DATA

In the iOS version, when you export a PDF Dossier, Case Summary, Proof Export, or Local Backup, the resulting file is shared through the iOS Share Sheet. The destination you choose and how the file is used remain under your control. Earnt has no visibility into the file after it leaves the app.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Earnt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we update this policy, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date. Significant changes will be noted in the app update release notes.
